Intel EMA - desktop session lagging

Hi,

i have problem with desktop session. The image in the desktop mode lags very significantly. The server isn't overloaded, the computer connecting via Intel EMA isn't overloaded, and the target computer isn't either. The image still lags; we're using Google Chrome. Please help me figure out how to stop this lag. Unless there's no other way, that's the nature of this system. We have just over 300 devices.

We are glad to hear that the performance has improved after the update. For the best performance and to ensure all Intel® EMA features function optimally, we recommend reviewing and complying with all the prerequisites for the EMA server that were shared earlier.
