Intel SCS with SCCM 1702

I am trying to manage AMT devices with SCCM. I have downloaded Intel SCS and connected to the database. My question is that if I have to power on one of computer, how this going to work? Hows this going to be incorporated with sccm ?

I have this figured out. So, user has to run msi file elevated and then the add on feature will show when user right clicks the device.
