By replacing a 3rd of the training room systems in the environment last year 2007, it has proven to directly reduce the training room support costs by at least 30%, we have been seeing less hardware escalations and more stable remote functionalities with AMT. This remote capability allows us to work escalation, application installs and some OS refreshes across multiple sites, states and countries from a central location. With all the hard work partnering with the various teams to deploy vPro within Intel's PC Training Rooms, tool evaluations, technical training and process changes we have been given the go ahead to continue to upgrade the environment in 2008, removing older NON-vPro systems.
