My first time trying out these forums, so please bear with me...
We are trying to get Intel vPro working on our network of some hundreds of widely distributed devices. I have managed to get AMT working on the Dell 7000 devices, but have had very little luck with the 5000's. So far I have managed to get it working properly on one device, but have not been able to replicate this on any others. (And have tried at least five different devices.)
Any advise or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
To continue with your request can you please provide the following:
1-How many endpoints are you planning to deploy?
2-Please provide the following logs from one of the Dell 7000 devices and from two of the Dell 5000 devices, specifically from the one that you managed to configure and any other that you weren’t able to configure:
Discovery log:
- Download and unzip the Intel® Configurator v12.2
- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30340/Intel-Configurator
- Open the unzipped folder, open the Configurator folder, and run ACUConfigInstaller.msi
- Open a Command Prompt window as an Administrator.
- Go to drive C: \Program Files (x86) \Intel \SCS ACUConfig, and
- Run the command: Acuconfig.exe /verbose /output console systemdiscovery
- The discovery log file will be created in the same location the software ACUConfig was installed.
- Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\SCS ACUConfig
4-Do you have any screenshots of any of the error(s) that you are getting in the Dell 5000 devices that you can share with us?
5-Have you considered using Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA)? If not here are some resources that you might want to check.
