Hello, I'm Rick Kraemer with Intel Corporation. I'm an IT Enterprise Architect with a background in ITIL, and I'm excited to explore the oportunities that vPro brings to ITIL implementations. I'm new to vPro, so I hope you'll join me as I ramp up and discover how vPro integrates with ITIL.
How are you using vPro on your ITIL implementations? Is there any info I can research inside Intel for you?
Rick

Presales,
I haven't found a specific resource for your questions about features and consoles, but I'm hoping this guide will help while I dig more:

OK, this will take some time. While I'm looking for an expert, do you mind re-posting your question in a new thread? I'm still getting connected into the technical network, so you might get a faster answer if you open your question to the entire forum.

Hi there! Have you checked out the Activation sub-community yet? http://www.intel.com/vproactivate. There are a lot of learning resources in the Find It Fast box on the left side. Try taking a look at the Activation Cheat Sheet and the User Docs wiki (all of our published user guides and checklists are listed there).
