Good Day
To brief about the case, we are trying to provision Out of Band using SCCM 2007 SP1, we are having certificate from our domain CA and Root Certificate Hash and been added manually to the machine.
After the computer has been provisioned and when trying to test the options we couldn't perform any task (check the attachment) since all options are disabled.
We have followed all the steps to configure out of band in sccm 2007 except the IDE redirect image since to be honest we are not sure where to get this image from so we kept it empty
We don't know what went wrong and whether the IDE Redirect Image is necessary
Please advice

The IDE redirect is not needed. The problem could be with Kerberos / system time or could be with your certificates, and it could also be with security group membership of the user who is running the SCCM admin console.
Try opening an https browser session to your system over port 16993 https://fqdn:16993 https://fqdn:16993, and logon with an account (or group member) that was specified in your OOBM component configuration that was given management access.
