PT Admin can not start KVM connection with VNC Viewer Plus

Hello, I am PT Admin of vpro computer, I connect with TLS and Kerberos Auth. to computer but can not start KVM session. It ask for user consent every time. If I am PT admin I should have starting KVM session ?
