Preparing MEBx menu

I did the Ctrl P on an Optiplex 780 (with the meb stuff on the motherboard) and then I get the Preparing MEBx menu and then nothing .......it just goes away and boots in the Windows operating system. What gives....there's nothing in the Bios to enable it..............help....thanks
