RCSUtils.exe /Certificate View /RCSUser NetworkService /Log File ViewCert.log returns an error

I installed an AMT provisioning certificate into the certificate store or the Network Service running:

RCSUtils.exe /Certificate Add AMTCERT.PFXP@ssw0rd /RCSUser NetworkService /Log File AddCert.log

To view this certificate I executed:

RCSUtils.exe /Certificate View /RCSUser NetworkService /Log File ViewCert.log

The command prompt returns in between 2 seconds with this text in the log file:

02.07.2018 14:34:23: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

02.07.2018 14:34:23: Intel(R) SCS Utils log, running user: DE001\ajesta-fr

Hello Frank Jestädt,

Thanks for joining the community.

As part of the research process we will need you to attach the following information:

1. Screen shot of the certificate, specifically the values under Enhanced Key Usage.

2. Screen shot of theCertificate's Certification path

3. Screen shot of the RCSService in services. Include the account the service is running as.

4. Need a copy of the RCSLog.log file from the RCS server.

5. Confirmation that the certificate is in the personal certificate store of the account running the RCSServer service.

We will wait for your updates

Regards

Hello Frank Jestädt,

After reviewing the logs attached we found that the certificate seems to be stored in the in an account other than RCSUser NetworkService where you are trying to retrieve it. So you cannot find the certificate because it doesn't exist on that account. So you have a two options, basically safe the certificate into the ajesta-fr account or log in into the RCSUser NetworkService account and find it there.

Hope this makes sense
