Tenho um Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 e goataria de saber como coloco o SSE4 nele.

You are in the wrong forum.

Your processor is from 2007 and is long discontinued and not supported.

I do not believe your processor supports SSE4.

You may want to update and/or check the bios of your motherboard.
