Slow POST of DG43NB

Hi,

I have a new DG43NB board, and I don't reall know why I get stuck on the intel screen for 3 minutes until it will start booting my OS. Some other posts mention an intel rapid post setting in the boot menu, but I don't see this in my bios. It seems like it hangs on every number on the bottom right for 45 seconds.

Anybody have any idea why this is taking so long to POST?
