Trigger_ros.iso won't launch

Hi,

Client vPro machine already connected on my MPS Server but when I select Fast Call For Help it won't launch the ROS.ISO from the clientPC. Kindly see below error from my MPSListener.

2/28/2012 6:29:21 AM:Manageability Exception Error on launcher: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

2/28/2012 6:28:37 AM:Creating AMT instance.2/28/2012 6:28:37 AM:ISO image is: c:\ISO\trigger_ros.iso2/28/2012 6:28:37 AM:IsoLauncher Instance created2/28/2012 6:28:37 AM:Connection Info created successfully

Lets's start with getting some additional info, what AMT version is running on your client and what management software are you using to launch the ISO session?
