USBFile.exe version 3.0 has -silent parameter?

Apparently the USBFile.exe v3.0 has a -silent parameter that does not prompt the user with "Continue with Auto Provisining (Y/N)". The AMT SDK 5.1.1 contains USBFile.exe version 2.1.

Where can USBFile.exe version 3.0 be obtained?

Actually I am looking for USBFile.exe version 3.x. I have seen the USBFile v3 documentation online, but not the file itself. I have only found USBFile.ex v2.x available for download.

You need download Intel(R) AMT SDK 6.0 version from

and from there, the USBfile.exe can be extracted from

Intel(r)_AMT_6.0\Windows\Intel_Manageability_Configuration\Bin\ConfigScripts\
