Cannot access WEB GUI with SCCM SP2 and AMT Firmware 5.2.10

I'm experimenting an issue similar to the issue described in the following post:

The diffirence is that adding the reg key does not solves the problem. Instead, I receive an error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" when I click on the "log on" button.

How can I solve that problem ?
