Unable to connect via TLS from program

First, with reference to the following page, TLS connection in MeshCommander has been successfully configured.
https://dannyda.com/2020/07/05/how-to-enable-configure-tls-for-intel-amt-within-meshcommander-to-secure-remote-management-connection-tls-mutual-tls/

Then, when attempting to execute the command "RemoteControlUntyped.exe" included with "AMT SDK 18.0.0.1" with the following arguments:
RemoteControlUntyped.exe -c -verbose -host 192.168.0.112 -user admin -pass $Abcde12345 -tls -certName testPC

The following error occurred.
--------------------HTTPException--------------------
Exception string error: Failed to establish a connection with the server.
Openwsman last error = 12175

It seems like error 12175 is related to certificate issues.
Do you know what is the cause?
For example, are there any steps required before executing the RemoteControlUntyped.exe command?

*The ME BIOS version of the target PC is v9.0.0.

Hello Watamaru2000,

I wish you an excellent day, Sir.

Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support for your case.

As it is, we currently do not offer any support for MechCommander. This is a third party application we do encourage its usage, but its support and related matters would have to be addressed by their team.

From the Intel Side of things, we offer Intel EMA. If you'd like I can send links and information about it.

For example, let's say you use Intel EMA and TLS communication works fine on that tool.
In that situation, will "RemoteControlUntyped.exe" work properly?
What I would like to ask is, is there anything that needs to be done in advance regarding certificates before running "RemoteControlUntyped.exe"? Please let me know if you understand.

Hello Watamaru2000,

Wishing you a great day, Sir.

Not quite exactly sure what you mean by that exe. If you could please provide additional information it would be helpful. In regards to EMA and the certificate, we do use certificates when it comes to remote access. For example, the difference between using one and not using one relies on the user consent from the endpoint being used. You could definitely set up EMA without requiring a certificate but would need this acknowledgement from the other side. Besides this, everything else in regards to functionalities would be the same.

Hopefully, this will provide more guidance, but let me know about any questions you may have.

Warm regards,
