Dear experts,

I use

Intel Desktop Board D945GCPE for my PC.

Recently, my PC usually annouce "Power Surge on Hub Port: A USB Device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port..." .I disconnect all my usb device but there 's no result.I did follow instruction in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934644 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934644,but I can't use usb hub.

Additional, my pc auto restart when shut down in few seconds(<10 senconds).</em>
