intel D865PERL mobo issue

been having problems with this board for a little bit. it will start but freeze on the splash screen for mobo. i can't enter the bios at all at this point. this was happening every once in awhile but now i'm stuck on it all the time. wondering if i can reset the bios to maybe get it working, a way to refurbish the unit, or is the mobo hooped and i have to get a new one.
