login on web page EMA 1.4.0.0

Hello,
I can't log into the administration console.
The credentials are accepted and no user / password error is displayed.
I always return to the login page. Thanks

Is this a new EMA integration? What version did you installed? Is this a cloud installation or regular? Do you have any other client systems already provisioned?

Hi Jose,

is a new EMA integration ver. 1.4.0.0 on Windows with SQL express . No cloud.

 I dont have any other client systems already provisioned.

Hello Gianluigi,


Just to be clear the user is having trouble logging into the EMA Administrator console or also known as the EMA web console. We just want to make sure you are not trying to log into AMT WebUI.


Assuming this is a test machine, can you provide the username and password? If not possible, remember the username must be a full email address ( i.e., gianluigi@vprodemo.com ) Did you use all the default settings?...


Also, it is recommended not to use SQL Authentication for a basic demo/eval environment.


Reinstalling EMA is a quick and easy process. If you haven't done it already that would be a good next step to see if you are still getting the issue.
