need help on motherboard pls

hello

does anyone know a compatible Intel motherboard which will run on Pentium 4 3.0GHz 1MB 800MHz FSB 478-pin (SL7E4 ), board must support maimum of 4gb ram with 4 Dimm slots

pls advise
