vprodemo Rev 3.5_can't find AMT device

We use Vprodemo Rev 3.5 to test Enterprise mode.

HW & SW: Hp 6910p is console, DC7800p is client, ISV:HPOpenView (HPOV)

1. we manual input PID and PPS, and FQDN "cpro04.vprodemo.com" in DC7800p ME setting

2. Add DC7800p to Configuration Parameters

3. But we can't find DC7800p in Intel AMT HPOV SCS Intel ® AMT System.

Any expert can give me help?

I noticed that you entered "cpRo04.vprodemo.com" in the ME settings but you entered "cpEo04.vprodemo.com" in the configuration parameters. This mismatch may be causing your issue.

Re-enter the data and ensure that your machine names are matched.

Open the SCS "Action Status" logs and search for the UUID of the system to determine if a "hello" packet is being received by SCS.

Appears the hello packet from the system hasn't arrived. Go into the "General" settings and set logging to Verbose. Validate that "ProvisionServer" is resolving to the correct IP address... unless you've directly specified the ProvisionServer address in the MEBx.
