The Energy Server Service queencreek service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

What do I need to do to correct this error?

I'm using version 20.4.17.5 of the Asistant

Do you mean the Intel Computing Improvement Program?

I don't have the Intel Customer Improvement program.

Yes. I do not have it on any of my machines, so I was working from memory.

Thanks a lot, Al. I was pretty sure that was it, but I appreciate you clarifying it.

I uninstalled the Intel Computing Improvement Program and the Energy Server Service queencreek service went away.

Glad it worked! For future note, this gets installed when you install IDSA. When asked, just say no.
