Can not get RealSense D415 camera to run or be recognized on Raspberry Pi Linux OS

I downloaded the DFU or what I believe is the device driver ? to my Raspberry Pi Linux OS device , I see the zip file in downloads, and when I plug in the D415 via USB and attempt to run the peripheral D415 camera I get error message "DeviceOpen using default: no devices found " , I am attempting to replace old PrimeSense camera with new Intel D415 camera to capture 3D . Are there additional steps I need to be walked through ? Please help. Thanks Chris

Intel have a guide to installing Librealsense on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.

If you do not wish to use Ubuntu MATE as your OS as the guide suggests, there are also instructions for installing Librealsense on any flavor of Linux.

Have you followed the instructions to update Ubuntu and its kernel and then install the RealSense SDK 2.0, please?
