Hi guys, anyone using the RealSense D435 camera? I upgraded it today to the latest 5_10_13 version and ever since then have been unable to use the camera.
Receiving these errors:
realsense Unknown in rs2_open_multiple(sensor:000002766BE721B0, profiles:0000027671728FD8, count:1): Flush failed-1072873822
Unknown in rs2_get_option_range(options:00000276718CF620, option:Auto Exposure Priority, min:0, max:32, step:1, def:16):
The device does not support camera settings such as zoom, pan, aperture adjustment, or shutter speed.
Tried downgrading to the previous version 5_10_3 but still no luck.

Never mind. Apparently Hardware Reset did not work, but switching it off and on did 😅

I would recommend performing a Gold Reset operation on the camera to reset it to its factory-new defaults. This usually clears problems related to an unsuccessful firmware update. The procedure is listed in the link below.

Edit: I'm very glad you found a simple solution! :D
