Does realsense D415 work outdoor under sunlight?

I am planning to use this sensor for finding depth outdoor. I tried using kinect it didn't work oudoor. I'm looking for a depth sensor that works outdoor. Does this sensor support openni sdk?

RealSense D415 can be used outdoors, though very low or very bright light may impact image quality.

OpenNI does not officially support RealSense, though a few people have used it with older RealSense camera models. The link below may be useful to your research.
