Drivers functional with Q45 graphics card

I have a problem. My computer uses a q45 graphics card with an old driver, and when trying to search for a new one in https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/support/articles/000005733/graphics-drivers.html the only one i get is for Windows XP and I use Windows 7 ¿Is there any option for Windows 7?
