The E8500 is from 2008 and did not have processor graphics.

What chipset graphics do you have?

It doesn't matter. Intel is not providing drivers for Windows 10 for hardware this old. The compatibility driver from Microsoft, which is what the OP is actually running, contains a very old OpenGL implementation which Microsoft has stated they will not be updating.

R​eally, the only answer here is for the OP to upgrade to more modern hardware.
