I see the probability to set the preset for left and right cameras separately in a paragraph of BKMs_Tuning_RealSense_D4xx_Cam.pdf.

I want to know how can I set preset for left and right cameras separately

Are you referring to the paragraph below, please?

As far as I know, presets don't affect the left and right IR imagers separately. This paragraph is saying that the camera may see the left and right views differently at very close range, not that individual settings can be given to the left and right views.
