How do I get Intel DSA up and running again?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the software tool provided by Intel. I have also looked in the log files and it says "Failed to initialize Lantern Rock telemetry. No telemetry enabled." Could that be the problem? If so, how would I fix this? I have tried with Edge and Edge Dev as well with no luck. I have run out of things to look for and try. Help.

New version of IDSA was released. Please download this new version (20.2.9.6) and try to install it. I would like to hear if it solve your problem.
