How to change legacy NUC board splash screen

Hello! My DCP847SKE has company branding on it and I can’t get it off. The only tool that says it is compatible with is VCUST. I have tried doing to command VCUSTW64 -LOGO=_____.jpg 5000 times and have tried it with different pictures and such. Any ideas?

There is limited flash space available for the storage of the logo image. How big is your JPG file? Is this a simple JPG? [Hint: read into MS Paint program and save back to disk before trying to use it.]
