How to enable secure boot on motherboard s2400sc?

I've made dump of latest bios and it has Secureboot driver in it. though bios lacks menu for managing it.

MMT report showed such string:

|052| Secure Boot Mod |A95C1D60-CB9F-4BD8-A030-3F1C4A185156|0024EDAB|0010BD|DRVR|

can anyone please give instructions how to do it manually, if possible from efishell or windows.
