The drivers as well as the software Depth Quality Tool for Intel RealSense Cameras. I have already installed the plugin I have installed in OBS. Do I have to do a 3D scan or what do I have to do?

The only green-screen solution supported for the 400 Series cameras that I know of is Mixcast, unfortunately.

The problem is that I want to play a game on OBS and either want to record or livestream. I have just downloaded and activated Mixcast (Free) and do not quite understand what I should do with the program.

If I add my camera as a video capture device then it will also be recognized. But I add it as an Intel Realsense 3D Camera GreenScreen Camera is nothing to see.

I can talk to you in either German or English, whichever language is easier for you.
I recall that I have come across this problem with using the 'GreenScreen Camera' option several months ago with another user.
If you have a physical green-screen then there is a method for green-screening with OBS that is supposed to work with any camera and does not need special RealSense functions. Please go down to the heading on the page linked to below that is called 'How to set up your green screen in OBS Studio'.
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-green-screen-obs-and-xsplit?language=en_US.
I appreciate that this will not be helpful though if you do not have a green-screen wall. The user in that case I mentioned said "The whole reason for me buying the webcam was to avoid using a greenscreen, so that's not really an option".
I remembered that some years ago I wrote an article on using XSplit for green-screening a game avatar onto a video. I put the character in front of a surface with one color and extracted that color to make a cut-out of the character that could be overlaid onto the broadcast video in real-time. I managed to dig up the document and put it on a Google Drive download link.

If you want to give MixCast another try though, their website says "Streaming to your favorite platform can be handled by whichever screen-capture/streaming application you prefer. Some of our favorites are OBS Studio and GeForce Experience". So this suggests that using MixCast green-screening with OBS should be possible.
I found the instructions for the RealSense D415 / D435. Once the camera is configured according to their instructions, you hold down a Sample Background button for 10 to 20 seconds.

Can you help me to set up the whole via Teamviewer? I'm running out of ideas so slowly.

Support can only be provided through this forum, unfortunately. I have also heard cautionary tales of technicians who broke the operating systems on customers' computers through remote assistance connections like TeamViewer and got the blame for it.

What do I have to do to properly configure the camera? I have a program called Depth Quality Tool for Intel RealSense Cameras. But even then I can not get very far. My plan is not to use a green screen but via 3D scan to somehow cut the background. Is that possible somehow?

There is a sample program for the RealSense camera called 'Align', where you can use a slider to remove the background and leave the foreground depth. It may not be of use to you though if you only want an RGB color image with the background removed.
If you have a recent version of the RealSense SDK installed, you can find a pre-built version of Align in this folder location on Windows:
C: > Program Files (x86) > Intel RealSense SDK 2.0 > tools > rs-align
