The G45/G43 is discontinued and not supported. On WIndows 10, with this chipset, you will be using the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks in performance and features. There is no update that you can use.

For all standard motherboard and (Core 2 Duo/Quad) processor features, the drivers are provided with Windows 10 and will install automatically as part of the Windows 10 install/upgrade processes. The one exception is graphics. The graphics engine built into the chipset (GMCH component) is specifically NOT supported by Intel on Windows 10. Microsoft provides a compatibility driver that will allow this graphics engine to be used, but the performance of this solution is mediocre at best and interface support (OpenGL, etc.) is very old. Microsoft is no longer maintaining this compatibility driver, so any issues uncovered (I have read reports of at least two issues in the past few months) will NOT be fixed. What you see is what you get.
Obviously, my primary recommendation is to replace this whole system with something modern. If you must use it, my secondary recommendation is to find an add-in graphics card that you can use with it (good luck, these are difficult to find).
