Intel Real Sense Camera Problems

I got Intel Real Sense camera recently. I connected the Intel Real Sense Camera with the USB 3.0. I first ran the DCM v1.3 installer, and then installed the offline SDK. The SDK got installed without any errors. When I open the SDK and run sample programs, all the programs do not run. The camera does not open on the application window. Kindly suggest how to remove this error.
