Window 10 Version 1803

Intel Realsense SDK 2.0 version 2.18.1.544

Realsense FW Version 5.11.1.0

Intel Realsense Viewer v2.18.1

I have problem with D435i.

When I connected to my Desktop(USB 3.2 Port), It wasn't detected.

So I did firmware update with FW Version 5.11.1.0.

Right now, It is connected.

But when I test with Intel Realsense Viewer v2.18.1,

I turn on Stereo Module and RGB Camera mode.

It seems to be worked.

However, When I changed Texture source to D435i Color,

Everything became black.

I have SR300 Depth camera and I test it with same process

it works correctly (mapping correct color texture on it.)

Also, in Unity Wrapper, SR300 works correctly but new D435i is not,

sometime it isn't show the point clouds for it.

I tried to reinstall everything(SDK, Viewer, firmware)

but there is no change.

I want to know about this problem and want to find the solution for it.

Thanks

Best,

Byungju Lee

Hello blee0, Thank you for your interest in the Intel ReaSense D435i camera. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to restore the calibration tables to factory settings. Download and install the Calibration Tool (CalibrationTools-2.x.x.x-setup.exe) from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27415/?v=t Run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g to recover the calibration table Looking forward to your reply! Best regards, Eliza

I only have a D415 model here, so was not able to test completely for a solution. One of the Intel support team on this forum can help with that. I can at least confirm that I tested thoroughly what you were doing with your D435i (changing between Depth and Color and back in the Texture Source in the Viewer's 3D mode) and did not encounter any problems with the D415 model. An Intel support team member on this forum can run tests with a D435i for you. Good luck!

Thanks for you advice! I solved this problem by restoring the calibration tables to factory settings, as Eliza advised.
