Problem with installing

Hello,

I've been trying to install the SDK for three weeks now.

I bought the camera independently from the intel store.

My PC model is OptiPlex 990 from DELL without the USB 3.0 port so I bought the PCI-Express card USB 3.0 reader with driver installed.

Then I try to install 3 things which are the DCM, SDK, and camera driver.

DCM and camera driver fail to detect the camera.

Below are the picture I capture for each step.

Please help. I try contact the technical support but no response so far. I am really desperate for this.

I have checked your computer specifications and I have noticed you are trying to install an Intel® RealSense™ Camera SR300 and the software with an Intel® processor second generation.

Please notice the system requirements for the camera:
