Problems with getting Realsense r200 Camera to Work

I have followed all the instructions and help sites closely, and am using Ubuntu 16.04.

I have updated the kernel to 4.4.0-130, and patched the uvcvideo drivers and all, and i get no errors,

however, when I check to see what images are being published, color is published okay, but depth and ir is only one image.

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
