While streaming and capturing images at 640x480 resolution, the pixel values in the image keep changing even under unchaning lighting, and the overall image seems to be blurred and pixellated. Any ideas on why this could be or if it's expected?
Attaching five images:
1) Screenshot from video stream.
2) Zoomed into one particular part of stream
3) Zoomed into different part
4 and 5) Pixel values of same region of stream.

Does the location that you are using the camera in have fluorescent lighting such as ceiling strip lights? These can create noise in images due to the gas inside them flickering at frequencies hard to see with the human eye.
