I noticed that the RealSense UWP (Universal Windows Platform) driver has been updated. As part of the updated package, it contains version 5.11.1 of the RealSense 400 Series camera firmware (the previous UWP package only installed up to firmware 5.9.13)..
Installing the UWP driver with this tool may therefore be an option worth trying on older PCs with a USB 3.0 port if you are having difficulty with updating your firmware with the firmware updater tool due to its requirement of a USB 3.1 port.
