I have not experienced this particular error. The advice given when an invalid value error occurs though is usually to perform a firmware driver upgrade. This can be done in the RealSense Viewer. Go to the 'More' icon at the top of the options side panel (it looks like a pile of plates) and select from its menu the option to update to recommended firmware. It will do the update automatically without you having to supply a firmware file.

Thank you, I have installed latest firmware 05.11.15.00, and Viewer does not issue that message.
However, Viewer currently can not be changed "Preset" to "Medium Density", it freezes when changed.
This issue is on Viewer only, Depth Quality Tool looks fine.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Shige

Often, if there is a freeze / crash problem with the Viewer then it can be fixed by updating the computer's graphics drivers. It has also been reported though that a freeze during preset change can happen in some versions of Windows due to a possible glitch in the operating system.

Windows Update has been done, but this issue is not fixed.
I would like to update drivers individually.
By the way, I use Intel NUC NUC8i5BEH, does it have any known issues ?
Thank you,
Shige

Apparently, this NUC model uses 'Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655', so the Intel Iris drivers should be updated. If the updater is run then it should update OpenGL drivers as part of that process.

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 supports OpenGL graphics, which the Viewer and Depth Quality Tool use for their graphics rendering, so there should not be a problem there.
I could not find any reports of problems with your NUC model and RealSense.
