My platform is an IPC with Windows7 Embeded Standard. Every time I restart the machine, realsense viewer tells that no device detected. It only works if I replug the camera.

I tracked down some advice given by an Intel support team member about a case where the fail-after-restart problem was occurring with Intel Atom based hardware.

Are you using the special Windows 7 version of the RealSense SDK, please?

Thank you so much for your reply! My platform is Intel Atom with Window7, and I can only get one version of Realsense SDK for Win7, which I think it's not a special version.

I just mean it is special because it is more common for the Windows 10 version to be used. :)

The Intel Atom processor is not likely to be the cause of your problems, since the 400 Series cameras can work with any Intel or ARM processor.

I have heard of this problem before - the camera works fine when the computer is first started but stops being detected after a restart. Is that correct please?

Here is a link to a case relating to the D415 model where these symptoms were occurring with a NUC PC. It may give you some ideas about things to check on your own settings.
