I use SR300 to capture RGB image and everything went well until it suddenly can only show green noise image on the screen.
But it can still capture depth image normally. What is going wrong? Is it a hardware problem or something else wrong? Besides, I use ROS librealsense to run the cpp-capture and it shows like this:

Hello Richie,
Thank you for the information provided.
I'm aware that some community members are using their SR300 camera with an Ubuntu system (mostly Ubuntu 16.04 LTS), but please keep in mind that the minimum system requirements (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/emerging-technologies/intel-realsense-technology/000020964.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/emerging-technologies/intel-realsense-technology/000020964.html) are associated with a Windows 10, 64-bit OS and a 6th generation Intel Core processor.
Do you have access to a system with those characteristics and see if the issue persists? This in order to check if you are experiencing a compatibility issue.
Also, please provide the image that you mentioned in the first post, it may help us gain more information about the issue.
In the meantime, please check this link https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/266 https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/266, it provides some suggestions regarding how to fix a lack of image issue.
I'll be waiting for your response.
Regards,
Andres V.
