Sensor related error after installing uwp driver

I installed the Intel (R) RealSense D400 Series UWP Driver.

After that, I deleted the driver on the PC because I did not recognize it with the sensor camera.

It is only set as an unknown device device thereafter.

The Intel App program does not recognize the camera sensor.

Capture and upload the current device device manager.

What is the problem?

Having the camera appear in the Device Manager as an SR400 is a very rare error but it has happened once before. The recommendation of the RealSense support team on the RealSense GitHub website in that case was to upgrade the camera's firmware driver.
