Could somebody please explain what is the difference between https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/blob/master/doc/distribution_linux.md this page and https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/blob/master/doc/installation.md this for running the RealSense Viewer on Ubuntu?

According to the documentation, the Linux Ubuntu Installation page is for users who need to "build the project from sources and prepare / patch the OS manually".
