Unable to factory reset the Euclid

Hi,

I have was trying to factory reset the Euclid by using the 'restart OOBE' in the web interface. But Euclid keeps running desktop without any reaction, while the web interface hangs. I guess messed up some drivers internally. None of the scenario is working now...

Maybe the easiest way is to do a complete reinstallation. to factory setting.

Please advise the procedures.

Hi,

Restart OOBE only restarts the web intefrace software on ubuntu, it is a service running on ubuntu.

In order to restore Euclid to the state you bought it, best way is to flash the image again, please follow Tsahi's reply on this thread:

Thank you very much. For others trying to flush the image, make sure you use a USB stick, not a micro sd card.
