When I was updating my D435 firmware to 5.9.14.0 using the intel_realsense_dfu tool, I ran into an error. I tried recovering my device from DFU, but I get "failed with status-2147024775". Does anyone know what I should do?

I successfully recovered my camera after uninstalling it from the system. Thanks for the help!

-2147024775 is a Windows error code known as a semaphore timeout. Basically, when Windows starts talking to a device, it places a semaphore mark on it. If something happens whilst the device is being accessed by Windows then this timeout error can occur.
Are you using the DFU tool with a USB 3.1 port and the short USB cable that was supplied with the camera, please?

Hi MartyG, I am using a USB3.1 port and the supplied USB cable.
For some reason my D435 is being read as a RS400
