When I start up my NUC6i3SYH the sound doesn't work. I'm running windows 10. Troubleshooting or restarting doesn't help, but if I unplug the power from the back of the NUC, while it's on and plug it back in the sound always works when I power it back on.

1. After depressing F4 you should see display similar to the attached image (from other computer). The all recovery process takes few minutes (3-6). In the end of this process you should see lines: "Flash update has completed successfully" and "Recover completed".
2. If after depressing on F4 you don't see this screen it means that your Bios file 0072 was not detected and therefor Bios wasn't updated. Prepare the USB as I've instructed: full Format in Windows (with "Quick" option disabled). Use other USB not greater than 32GB. Insert the USB into rear USB port, or in front port with yellow color.
