Why the Quartus programmer can't find and communicate with the DE10-NANO board?

Hello,

I have a DE10-NANO kit and I am trying to program it using Quartus prime lite but always it says there is no hardware attached.

I think I have a problem with the USB driver. Windows 10 installed a driver and doesn't let me update it with the one in the folder RNDIS because it says that the driver installed is already the best for that peripheral. There are no exclamation points and I can access the address http://192.168.7.1/ with the browser. Instead no way find the hardware from the Quartus programmer, the only option available is No hardware.

 

What can I do?
