Old is correct, from 2007.

What OS? WIndows 10? What version? 1909?

What is the model number of your system/motherboard?

Have you cleaned the heat sink/cooler recently? Have you reapplied the thermal paste?

Have you checked the disk for errors and failing?

How much Memory do you have and have you checked for memory failure?

There are many things that can be happening on a processor this old. You need to answer each question and provide DETAILS.

  1. Windows 7 is dead and not supported.
  2. I do not know that you can believe that utility.

Is everything on your PC running, and are you just concerned about what that utility reports?
