Difificulty with installing oneVPL

Hello,

 

I am trying to download oneAPI openvpl but I am stuck as my code keep getting

encode 0 frames, I tried to investigate it with no solution.

 

I tried to use the dcpp compiler without success.

 

also, tried to use this guide to install https://catid.io/posts/vpl/ which he also have similar problem.

Could someone try to guide be how to work with this code?
