HEVC HW decode QueryIOSurf returns -3 MFX_ERR_UNSUPPORTED error

Some HEVC files decode fine but others fail.  It throws error while calculating number of requested frames. QueryIOSurf rerurns MFX_ERR_UNSUPPORTED (-3). Media info on OK decoding and ERROR decoding can be found in attached files. 

Used Media Server Studio 2015 R7.

Also error files are all Full HD and ok files are HD. Do you know what might be causing this error ?

Hi Shavkat,

Rings.2017.1080p.10bit.BluRay.x265.HEVC.6CH-MRN.mkv is 10bit video. It's not supported on Haswell, see release notes of MSS 2015 R7:
HEVC HW plugin MAIN10 profile supported only on 5th Generation Intel Core and Xeon E3 v4.

Yes you are right ! It seems all videos are 10-bit and our processor is Xeon E3-v3.
